The genesis of our venture owes it to the visionary foresight of 3 close friends; Iqbal, Shabeen and Abith who shared the same campus during their studies way back in 2003. The founders were appalled at the sorry state of small scale real estate landscape in India and were determined to change this decisively. Driven by this urge, they initiated their entrepreneurial journey and soon found trusted aides in Musthafa, Faisal and Fakruddin. The new partners led to the consolidation of this nascent company and soon the foundation of Majestic Builders & Developers was laid. The professionally managed real estate company started its spunky flight to success under the patronage of these six founding members.
Majestic excels in developing state-of-art infrastructure and allied facilities that cater to the requirements of middle class investors. It has forayed in grand manner in the construction of residential projects and commercial installations. Presently, the focus of the company management is to acquire land and develop villa/apartment style residential complexes over there. This initiative is essentially geared towards bringing eclectic living within the reach of the people of middle class.
